Please be aware that facilities and shops in Terminal 3 will not be available for use on and before Tuesday, 7 April.



♦Connections between International Flights

Please proceed to the transit counter as instructed by the airline.
If you need to change terminals for a connecting flight, your airline will provide a shuttle bus service.


Shuttle Bus Route

From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2

From Terminal 1 Gate 28 to Gate 59 and then to Terminal 2 Gate 60.

From Terminal 2 to Terminal 1

From Terminal 2 Gate 60 to Gate 80 and then to Terminal 1 Gate 28 to Gate 59.



♦Connections from International to Domestic Flights

Narita Airport has domestic terminals in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
 

If you arrive at Terminal 1

For domestic departures from Terminal 1:

On arriving, please proceed to the domestic check-in counters on the 1st floor.

For domestic departures from Terminal 2 and 3:

From the 1st floor international arrival lobby, go to the bus stop (1F) and take the terminal shuttle bus to get to Terminals 2 and 3.

If you arrive at Terminal 2

For domestic departures from Terminal 1 and 3:

From the 1st floor international arrival lobby, go to the bus stop (1F) and take the terminal shuttle bus to get to Terminals 1 and 3.

For domestic departures from Terminal 2:

From the 1st floor international arrival lobby, go to the domestic check-in counters on the 1st floor at the south end of the main building.

If you arrive at Terminal 3

For domestic departures from Terminal 1 and 2:
From the 2nd floor international arrival lobby, go to the terminal shuttle bus stop (1F) and take the terminal shuttle bus to get to Terminals 1 and 2.

For domestic departures from Terminal 3:

From the 2nd floor international arrival lobby, go to the domestic check-in counters (2F).




♦Connections from domestic to international flights

For international departures from Terminal 2 and 3:

From the 3rd floor domestic arrival hall, go to the bus stops on the 1st floor and take the terminal shuttle bus to get to Terminals 2 and 3.

If you arrive in Terminal 2 on a domestic flight

For international departures from Terminal 1 and 3:

From the 2nd floor domestic arrival hall, go to the bus stops on the 1st floor and take the terminal shuttle bus to get to Terminals 1 and 3.

For international departures from Terminal 2:

On arriving, please proceed to the international departure lobby on the 3rd floor.

If you arrive in Terminal 3 on a domestic flight

For international departures from Terminal 1 and 2:
From the 2nd floor international arrival lobby, go to the terminal shuttle bus stop (1F) and take the terminal shuttle bus to get to Terminals 1 and 2.

For international departures from Terminal 3:

From the 2nd floor domestic lobby, go to the international arrival check-in counters (2F).
