| Making Reservations |
Block reservations (*1) may be made up to six months in advance and normal reservations (*2) and reservations for personal lounges up to three months in advance, either by telephone or at the reservation desk.

"Block reservation" refers to reservation of 5 or more lounges in the two terminals, or that for a period of 15 hours or more, by a single group during a single day or over multiple days. |

"Normal reservation" refers to reservations that do not fit the description for "block reservation" above. |

| Payment |
Payment for lounge rental must be made in advance at the lounge reservation desk in the terminal building. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card. |
| Food & Drinks |
Please feel free to inquire about the food and drink services available at the lounge. |
| Rental Period and Fees |
Minimum rental time is 60 minutes. Reservations can subsequently be made in increments of 30 minutes.
*There are no time limits for the use of personal lounges. |
| Cancellations |
No cancellation fee shall apply where prior notice is given as a result of a flight cancellation or delay. A cancellation fee calculated as shown below will apply on all other reservations.
