Internet Facilities  Access from a personal computer

Narita Airport has wireless LAN Internet access throughout our passenger terminals for those who have their own computer.

1. Wireless LAN Internet Access (charge)
Customers with wireless LAN compatible computers can use roaming wireless LAN services in the arrival and departure lobbies and the areas after outbound passport control in Terminals 1 and 2.

The following services are available.
(* Depending on your location.)

HOTSPOT, docomo Wi-Fi, BB mobilepoint, boingo and more.

Roaming services are available via the service providers above.
Please contact your Internet service provider for further information on service details, access method and charges, etc.

2. Wireless LAN Internet Access (no charge)
For customers with their own wireless compatible computers and terminals, wireless LAN is available free of charge throughout Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
* LAN connection may be difficult in some areas.

Wirelesss LAN settings → Please select SSID "FreeWiFi-NARITA".

Free wireless LAN desks are also available in the following locations.

A free service is also provided in the Broadband CAFÉ in the area after passport control in Terminal 2.

3. Cable LAN Internet Access (no charge)
Cable LAN (computer desks fitted with LAN cable) is available in the following locations.

4. Computer Desk Corners (no charge)

Desks equipped with AC100V power points and desk lamps are available for use with your laptop computer throughout the wireless LAN service area. No access charge (no charge). Please feel free to use them.
* Some desks are located outside the wireless LAN service area.
