Terminal 1 arrival route (International flights)

After arrival, go to the Quarantine counter as directed. If you were given a questionnaire from Quarantine on the aircraft, please fill out the required sections and hand the questionnaire in at the Quarantine counter.
If you have diarrhea, a fever or are feeling ill, please notify a Quarantine officer or report to the health consultation room.
* Quarantine information pamphlets and forms are available near the Quarantine counter. Please use these if required.

Please submit your passport at the immigration counter and undergo the inbound passport control check. After the passport control check is completed, go to the arrival lobby on the 2nd floor, 2F, Arrival Lobby.
Wheelchair passengers may use the wider lane beside the Immigration office window.

Check your airline and flight number on the display, and go to the baggage carousel. Please check your baggage claim receipts when retrieving baggage to make sure that you have your own baggage.
Baggage carts are available around the carousel if you have many items of baggage.

| 1F, After Passport Control. Plant & Animal Quarantine |
Passengers bringing plants (including fruits, vegetables, and seeds) or animals (including hams, sausages, and other meat products) into Japan must have them inspected at the Plant and Animal Quarantine counter.

All passengers must submit a Customs Declaration form on arrival.
Please write down what you have purchased overseas as well as any gifts and items you have brought into Japan on this form.
Passengers with unaccompanied baggage or items must submit two Customs Declaration forms.
・Passengers who have not exceeded the duty-free allowance
Please go to the Green Counter.
・Passengers who have exceeded the duty-free allowance (or are not sure)
Please go to the Red Counter.

Trains (Narita Sky Access Line, Keisei Main Line, JR Line) can be boarded at Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station on the 1st basement floor. Other transportation includes buses, taxis and cars.
