4F, Before Passport Control.Check-in. |
If departing, please go to the departure lobby on the 4th floor. Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete the check-in.
Go to the airline check-in counter and present your passport and air ticket. Please receive your boarding pass.
Please check in all your baggage other than that which you will carry on the aircraft yourself, and receive baggage claim receipts.
* Passengers on travel agency group tours should complete departure and boarding procedures as instructed at the travel agency counter.
* Passengers traveling to the United States need to apply for travel authorization via ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). In addition to the information recorded in their passports, passengers traveling to the United States are required to submit information, including their destination address, via their airline in advance.

Baggage and security inspections are performed on all passengers for security reasons.
Show your boarding pass to the security officer and place your carry-on baggage on the X-ray scanner conveyor belt. Each passenger must pass, one at a time, through the metal detector gate for security inspection.
When the security check is completed, please go to outbound passport control on the 3rd floor.

If you are carrying cash in excess of 1 million yen (100 thousand yen when you are bound for North Korea), please go to the Customs counter and complete the relevant procedures.
If taking foreign goods, such as the watch you are currently using, necklaces, etc., out of Japan, please go to the Customs counter and complete the relevant procedures.

| 3F, Before Passport Control Passport Control |
Present your passport and boarding pass at the passport control counter. Once your passport has been stamped, passport control procedures are over, and you have officially "departed" from Japan. Please enjoy shopping at the duty-free shops while you wait to board.
Wheelchair passengers may use the wider lane beside the Immigration office window.

Please check your gate and boarding time printed on your boarding pass.
Follow the directions to the departure gate shown on the terminal displays. Please make sure you arrive at the boarding gate with plenty of time to spare.
Be aware in case there are any sudden changes, etc. announced over the public address system and shown on the arrival and departure flight information displays.
