The illustrations above are items about which passengers often inquire.
There are many other prohibited liquids. For further details, please see the list of liquids below.
Liquors, cosmetics, and other liquids purchased at duty free and other shops after departure procedures, including screening, have been completed can be brought on board the aircraft regardless of the above restrictions. (Liquids exceeding 100 ml can also be brought on board the aircraft.)
To ensure safe operation of aircraft, all passengers are asked to undergo security screenings before boarding.
The area passengers enter following the security screening is called the Sterile Area and has been certified to be secure.
All passengers in the Sterile Area have already undergone baggage screening, so this area has the same level of security as the aircraft cabin. Passengers are treated as though they are on board the aircraft, and therefore are permitted to make purchases.
We ask that you familiarize yourself with the carry-on liquid restrictions and prepare these items before leaving your home.
Also, if you will be carrying liquids on board the aircraft, your security screening will be much smoother by placing the liquids on a separate tray before passing through the X-ray machines.
