All lost items are eventually turned over to, and retained by, the Airport Police.

Day Rooms and Shower Rooms	Day Rooms The dayroom and show facilities are fully equipped with sleeping facilities with showers as well as separate shower cubicles. They can be found on the 3rd floor in Terminals 1 and 2. Sleeping facilities can be reserved in advance. Available only to departing passengers who have completed passport control formalities. Internet Service	Narita Airport provides coin-operated Internet terminals, wireless LAN and cable LAN Internet access in a number of locations throughout the airport for departing and arriving passengers. Access from Internet terminals Wireless and Cable LAN

Baggage	There are baggage storage services and coin-operated lockers in the airport. Companies that will deliver your baggage from your lodging in Japan to the airport or from the airport to your lodging are located in the departure and arrival lobbies. Terminal Night Hours	The airport terminals operate the same hours that flights are permitted (usually from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.). Therefore, there are no facilities to accommodate airport customers overnight. However, in the event that a delayed flight arrives after the last public transport service, and accommodation at other facilities is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, passengers may be permitted to wait in designated areas. Please note that under those circumstances, overnight cleaning, construction and other work will take place in the vicinity of those waiting areas and may cause some inconvenience. We apologize in advance and ask for your cooperation and understanding. For your convenience, the following hotels are located near the airport. Hotels

(They do not apply to passengers using domestic flights only.)

Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC)

Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC)

PSFC is used to cover the cost of maintaining and managing the lobbies, shuttle system, elevators and other terminal transportation facilities as well as the flight information system and various other passenger servic facilities. It is also used to provide baggage carts and passenger information services.

PSSC is used to cover the expense of providing services such as baggage inspections and security checks using high-performance inspection devices as well as passenger terminal security maintenance to ensure passenger safety.

Payment

The charges will be collected when the airline ticket is purchased.

*1	Passengers flying out of Japan from Narita Airport.(including those transiting from a domestic flight to an international flight)	*2	Passengers arriving on an international flight from outside Narita Airport and departing on an international flight from Narita Airport on the same calendar day. (Notwithstanding, charges will apply to passengers departing a day or more later as stipulated in *1)

· Child fee applies to passengers aged 2 and under 12.
· Children with adult air tickets will be charged the adult fee.
· Charges are not collected from children under the age of 2.
· Prices include consumption tax.

Procedural times	• How long do departure procedures take? • How many hours before the flight should I arrive at the airport? • How many hours before the flight can I check in? Normally, most airlines begin check-in procedures two and a half hours before departure time and complete them an hour before the flight. However, starting and closing times vary by airline. Please check directly with your airline.

Airport Entry	For security reasons, all personnel entering Narita Airport must produce identification. Please make sure you bring a driving license, health insurance card, student card or some other form of identification with you. Pets	Regulations at Narita Airport forbid pets in the passenger terminal areas (excluding guide dogs, etc.). This does not apply to caged animals being checked in for transportation on an aircraft. Airport visitors are asked to refrain from bringing their pets with them.
