Day Rooms
Day rooms with showers and shower cubicles are located on the 3rd floor of both Terminal 1 and 2.
*Available only to departing passengers who have completed passport control formalities. Complete with shampoo & conditioner, body wash, bath towels, face towels and hair dryers etc.
Advance reservations are accepted for the use of day rooms.

The shower rooms on the basement 1st floor of Terminal 2 come complete with shampoo & conditioner, body wash, bath towels, face towels and hair dryers etc.

There are baggage storage services and coin-operated lockers in the airport. Companies that will deliver your baggage from your lodging in Japan to the airport or from the airport to your lodging are located in the departure and arrival lobbies.

| Accommodation and Airport Hours |
Customers are not permitted to remain in the passenger terminals outside aircraft operating hours between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. However, under special circumstances, for example when an aircraft arrives after public transport stops operating, customers may be allowed to sleep in designated areas. Moreover, customers catching early morning flights are advised to use nearby hotels and accommodations around the airport.

Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC)
 |
| PSFC is used to cover the cost of maintaining and managing the lobbies, shuttle system, elevators and other terminal transportation facilities as well as the flight information system and various other facilities. It is also used to provide baggage carts and passenger information services.

PSSC is used to cover the expense of providing services such as baggage inspections and security checks using high-performance inspection devices as well as passenger terminal security maintenance to ensure passenger safety. |

For security reasons, all personnel entering Narita Airport must produce identification. Please make sure you bring a driving license, health insurance card, student card or some other form of identification with you.

| Pets |
Regulations at Narita Airport forbid pets in the passenger terminal areas (excluding guide dogs, etc.). This does not apply to caged animals being checked in for transportation on an aircraft. Airport visitors are asked to refrain from bringing their pets with them. |

Members of the public may use the observation decks in the passenger terminals and watch the activity in the departure and arrival lobbies (guides are not provided by NAA). Groups of ten or more must give 7-days notice before arriving. Inquiries can be directed to the following;
