	Updated Information for Customers for Special Needs! Information for Customers with Special Needs, a guide to facilities and services for passengers with disabilities, has now been revamped! Besides offering additional content, special care has been given to designing the section so that those using audio browsers can use the website with ease. The section includes digest versions of the guide to arrival and departure procedures, airport access information, etc. for users wishing to look up basic information quickly. Information for Customers with Special Needs Barrier-free Facilities & Services   Facility and service information for customers with walking, visual, hearing and speech disabilities and those with illnesses and injuries. Barrier-free Facility Map   A guide to the main barrier-free facilities in the form of Macromedia Flash Player and PDF version maps. A text version with written explanation of the facilities and services on each floor is also available for customers who are unable to view the maps. Airport Access Information   Basic information on access to Narita Airport by rail, bus, taxi and car as well as information on parking and terminal shuttle buses. Arrival and Departure Procedures   Information on arrivals and departures and where to go for connecting flights. Telephone Inquiries   General inquires information (flight information and lost item inquiries) and airline and public transport contact numbers. Frequently Asked Questions   Questions and answers on topics relating to wheelchairs, security checks, facilities and services, etc. that are most frequently asked by customers with physical disabilities.
