- This service is only available for clothing that does not require dry cleaning.
- We will not be responsible for shrinking or any damage caused by the dryer.

clothes which we believe is unsuitable for machine wash if they are delicate. |
- We will neatly fold the garment.
- All staff working in our factory is female.
- We do not inspect clothing for the protection of privacy. If there are some damaged clothes in a bag, we will assume that you agree to wash them as they are.
- If there are any missing, damaged or stolen garments under our keeping, our liability will be limited to 30,000 JPY per bag.
- If you are not satisfied with our service, we will offer a full refund.
