Flight Search & Registration

Search flights for up to 6 months from today. Register your departing flight to set an alarm to go off 40 minutes before your departure time. On the day, you can check for, and receive push notifications on, any gate changes and delays, etc.

Terminal Map Display, Present Location Information and Terminal Navigation

Display a map of the terminal. When inside the terminal, you can also check your present location and receive directions to destinations within the terminal, or use the AR function via the camera on your hand-held terminal to check which way to go.

Terminal Map and Facility Display

A map is available for each floor of the passenger terminals. You can also display icons for shops and facilities you need on the map.

Present Location Information

Your present location is displayed when inside the terminal. You can also display the locations of nearby information counters and restrooms, etc.

Navigation

Map directions to destinations within the terminal. By switching to AR mode, you can check the direction of your destination by way of augmented reality navigation using the camera on your hand-held terminal.

Operating methods (MY FLIGHT)

Q: Which flights can I register in MY FLIGHT?

A: Flights that can be viewed and registered in MY FLIGHT are international flights that arrive and depart at Narita International Airport.

Q: The error message "The date entered cannot be retrieved. Please check your entry." appears on the flight schedule setting screen. [Android version]

A: The dates that can be selected in the flight schedule are limited to a period of 6 months from the date of use.

Q: Can the countdown until the scheduled departure time (40 minutes before departure time) be adjusted?

A: No. This cannot be adjusted. Please use 40 minutes as a rough guide.

Operating methods (MAP NAVI)

Q: Where can MAP NAVI be used?

A: It can be used inside Passenger Terminals 1 and 2 at Narita International Airport.

Q: MAP NAVI does not recognize the present location and displays the error message "Unable to connect to the server."

A: 〔iPhone version〕　Please connect to "narita-airport-free-wifi" from the Wi-Fi settings on your iPhone. MAP NAVI will become usable when your iPhone has connected to free Wi-Fi.
〔Android version〕　Please activate your Wi-Fi settings.

Q: The present location shown is incorrect.

A:This application supplies present location information based on position data from Wi-Fi access points. Errors could occur in the present location information depending on the status of the nearby access points or the operating system used.

Q: The application does not show the present location.

A: Present location information may be affected by the status of signals from the nearby access points. Please move to a different location and press the "Display present location" button again on the lower right of the MAP NAVI screen.

Operating methods (MORE)

Q: What can you do from the MORE icon?

A: It allows the user to change the basic settings and look up instructions for using the application, FAQs and other types of information.

Q: What is "Log" in the settings screen?

A: This is the application access log (user data, not including personal information). Location information is acquired based on the user's consent to Article 7 Paragraph 5 of the Terms of Use. This setting is used to switch the automatic upload function for the access log on or off^※.

※ Present location information and various other navigation functions cannot be used when automatic upload is switched off.
