Important: Notice Concerning COVID-19 (Subject to continuing changes)

The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and other government agencies are working in conjunction with airport companies to detect and stop the spread of the virus at Narita Airport.
When coming to the airport, please observe and cooperate with the following.

Coronavirus Pandemic Alert

Regarding precautions when using Narita Airport and traveling to and from overseas, please check the information from government agencies. 

At present, the check-in counters used by the airlines vary from day to day. Please check the location of your check-in counter on one of the flight information display monitors in the terminal or at one of the information counters in the passenger terminal.

Some shops and service facilities will close temporarily or change their operating hours.
Please note that actual shop hours may vary to those hours shown on the airport website and in our floor guide.

Change of Terminals for International Flights that Arrive at Terminal 3

Because on increased quarantine measures at airport some flights will arrive at a different terminal.

PCR Testing Center for International Departures

A PCR Testing Center is available for international departures.

Changes & Cancellations in Some Transport Timetables

There have been changes and service cancellations on some express bus timetables.

Access from the airport for passengers entering/returning to Japan

Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare requires all international arrival passengers not to use public transportation during their quarantine period. Public transportation consists of Train, Bus, Taxi, and Domestic flight but excludes special transportation services which is described in the following paragraph.
