Security Restricted Areat

To ensure safe operation of aircraft, all passengers are asked to undergo security screenings before boarding.
The area passengers enter following the security screening is called Security Restricted Area and has been certified to be secure.
All passengers in Security Restricted Area have already undergone baggage screening, so this area has the same level of security as the aircraft cabin.
Passengers are treated as though they are on board the aircraft, and therefore are permitted to make purchases.

A Security Restricted Area

To facilitate smoother screening:

We ask that you familiarize yourself with the carry-on liquid restrictions and prepare these items before leaving your home.
Also, if you will be carrying liquids on board the aircraft, your security screening will be much smoother by placing the liquids on a separate tray before passing through the X-ray machines.
