Wheelchair & Baby Carriage Rental
Wheelchairs and strollers can be borrowed free of charge at any of the information counters in the passenger terminals. When finished, please return them to the nearest information counter. This service is available to arriving passengers after completion of inbound passport control and Customs procedures.
Please contact your airline for information on services provided by that carrier.
Postcard Mailing Service
A postcard mailing service is available at the Information counters on airside as there are no mailboxes beyond passport control.
The staff at the counter will take your postcards and post them in the mailbox in the departure lobby on your behalf.
We also have Narita Airport-original stamps that you can use to stamp your postcards. Make use of these to commemorate your trip.
We are prohibited by law from handling sealed letters.
Information counters do not sell stamps.
These must be purchased from a licensed shop. Postcards will be subject to Customs inspection.
