Wireless LAN / Charging Area
Narita Airport provides Wi-Fi access points in all terminals and on terminal connection buses in order to allow passengers to access the internet with their own computers while at the airport.
1. Free Wi-Fi
Use of Free Wi-Fi
This Wi-Fi service is designed for ease of use and does not require advance configuration of security settings before using.
Those seeking a secure connection can use a VPN (virtual private network).
If your device is Wi-Fi enabled, you will have access throughout every terminal and on terminal connection buses.
*Network speed may be affected by different environments and congestion.
Connect to the Wi-Fi as follows:
- From your “Settings” menu, set “Wi-Fi” to ON and select “FreeWiFi-NARITA”.
- The Wi-Fi connection screen will be automatically displayed and you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Security Caution.*Please refer to the Free Wi-Fi guide for further information.
2. Power Outlet Space
Charging areas are available in a number of locations in the terminals. They are available free of charge. Please feel free to make use of them.
