Duty Free Pick Up Counter

Items purchased at the following Downtown Duty-free Stores can be collected at the pick-up counters on the airside of Narita Airport, upon completing designated formalities.

Precautions

1. Times for Collecting Purchases

Purchased items can be collected only by the purchaser at the designated collection point (Duty Free Pick Up counter) after departure procedures at the airport have been completed and up to one hour before departure.
Please be aware that it may not be possible to hand over the goods to you, if you do not come to collect your purchases at least one hour before your flight.

2. Restrictions on Carry-on Luggage

There are restrictions on the number, weight and size of items that you may have in your carry-on luggage.
f there is any likelihood that your purchases at this shop will mean that you have exceeded the allowance for carry-on luggage, please check-in your carry-on baggage at the airline check-in counter.
