With the first anniversary of Narita Airport’s privatization,
our mascot was created to encourage more people to become
more familiar with our airport.
In a contest to select a name for our mascot, we received
around 10,000 entries.
After looking carefully through all of the suggestions, the
name “Kutan” was finally chosen. |
