Confirming Required Documents for Business Jet Operations (Non-Private Use)

Operators planning to fly business jets for purposes other than private use at Narita International Airport must prepare and submit the following documents to Narita International Airport Corporation (NAA):

For First-Time Aircraft Use at Narita International Airport

  • Aircraft Registration Form
  • Supporting Documents confirming aircraft specifications such as weight and noise levels (e.g., Equipment Registration Certificate, Noise Certification Form, etc.)
  • Aircraft Operator’s Removal Operation Plan
  • Consent Form for the Removal of Disabled Aircraft

For Aircraft with Previous Operations at Narita International Airport

  • Aircraft Operator’s Removal Operation Plan
  • Consent Form for the Removal of Disabled Aircraft

Preparation of Required Documents

Operators planning to fly business jets for non-private use at Narita International Airport must prepare and submit the following documents:

  3. 3.Aircraft Operator’s Removal Operation Plan
  4. 4.Consent Form for the Removal of Disabled Aircraft
