Required Documents for Operating Business Jets (Private Use)
This section provides information on the documents required for operating business jets for private use at Narita International Airport, as well as the procedures for submitting them to Narita International Airport Corporation (NAA).
Confirming Required Documents for Business Jet Operations (Private Use)
Please prepare the required documents based on your aircraft’s usage conditions. The necessary documents vary depending on whether the aircraft is using Narita International Airport for the first time or has operated here previously, and whether its Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeds 5,700 kg.
For First-Time Aircraft Use at Narita International Airport
Confirm A of the list of necessary documents if MTOW of the aircraft exceeds 5,700kg, and confirm B of the list of necessary documents if MTOW of the aircraft does not exceed 5,700kg.
For Aircraft with Previous Operations at Narita International Airport
Confirm C of the list of necessary documents if MTOW of the aircraft exceeds 5,700kg, and confirm D of the list of necessary documents if MTOW of the aircraft does not exceed 5,700kg.

- Aircraft Registration Form
- Supporting Documents confirming aircraft specifications such as weight and noise levels(e.g., Equipment Registration Certificate, Noise Certification Form, etc.)
- Copy of the Certificate of Insurance
- Statement to Prevent Objects Falling off Airplanes
- Agreement on the "Memorandum of Agreement on Relief for Damage Caused by Falling Objects from Aircraft"
- Aircraft Operator’s Removal Operation Plan
- Consent Form for the Removal of Disabled Aircraft
List B (First-time use, MTOW ≤ 5,700 kg)
- Aircraft Registration Form
- Supporting Documents confirming aircraft specifications such as weight and noise levels(e.g., Equipment Registration Certificate, Noise Certification Form, etc.)
- Copy of the Certificate of Insurance
- Agreement on the "Memorandum of Agreement on Relief for Damage Caused by Falling Objects from Aircraft"
- Aircraft Operator’s Removal Operation Plan

List C (Second-time or more, MTOW > 5,700 kg)
- Copy of the Certificate of Insurance

Preparation of Required Documents
Operators planning to fly business jets for non-private use at Narita International Airport must prepare and submit the following documents:
- 1.Aircraft Registration Form

- 3.Copy of the Certificate of Insurance
- 4.Statement to Prevent Objects Falling off Airplanes
- 5.Agreement on the "Memorandum of Agreement on Relief for Damage Caused by Falling Objects from Aircraft“
- 6.Aircraft Operator’s Removal Operation Plan
- 7.Consent Form for the Removal of Disabled Aircraft
As for the Document 2, please prepare documents that reasonably confirm the aircraft’s weight, noise level, and other specifications. These documents should be prepared using materials already in your possession.
As for the Document 3, please confirm that the flight date is before the expiration date of the insurance.

Procedure for Submitting Required Documents
Please ensure that all required documents are prepared and submit them to NAA via email.
Documents 3, 4, and 5 are submitted based on the Aeronautical Information Circular (Regarding conditions for the use of aerodromes by private flights)
Note: Even if documents have been submitted previously, NAA may request resubmission depending on the situation.
