The EAAA Customer Satisfaction Campaign

The 9 airport members of the East Asia Airports Alliance (EAAA) will conduct a joint customer satisfaction campaign this summer called "Feel the Asian Way", which will focus on customer hospitality as a means of improving services at airports in the region.
