To Passengers Traveling to the US (Pre-Notification of Address in US) |

Under regulations introduced by the United States government, airlines must furnish the following information in advance concerning passengers entering the US (including Hawaii and Guam) in addition to passport information, effective from 4 October 2005.

Name of hotel or address where staying including street number and name, city, state and ZIP code. |
| 2) |
Country of residence. |
|
|
This is expected to add to the time needed to complete departure procedures at Narita International Airport. We ask, therefore that you check in as early as possible or provide the necessary information to your airline in advance.
This is not necessary for American citizens or those with permanent residency in the US. |
