"I wrote a letter at the airport to send home,
but to my surprise, I was told there were no mailboxes beyond passport
control. Please install mailboxes like airports abroad." Numerous
comments like this have been sent in from our customers.
Though possibilities for installing mailboxes beyond passport control
is still under consideration, until that time, a new postcard mailing
service will be made available in response to customer requests
as the first initiative of its kind at international airports in
Japan.
