Since the opening of the airport, NAA Group is aiming to become a trusted airport, and is thoroughly pursuing the safety and stable operation of the airport in cooperation with stakeholders.
Efforts regarding CS and ES
With the aim of improving competitiveness towards the sustainable growth of Narita Airport, we are working on the improvement of CS in Narita Airport, including the creation of service and the development of facilities responding to customers' needs, in order to improve the customer experience. We will also steadily implement company-wide efforts regarding the improvement of employee satisfaction (ES) throughout the airport, which connects to the provision of service.
Creating an airport coexisting with the region
Our company (Narita International Airport Corporation) positions the concept of coexistence/co-prosperity with the region as its management vision. We will promote initiatives based on communication with the regional residents and the relationship we have been building with them, and are continuing our efforts to create an airport realizing coexistence/co-prosperity with the region.
