Universal design (UD)

Based on the Narita Airport UD Basic Plan, our company (Narita International Airport Corporation) takes the time to discuss from the understanding of problems to the decision of concrete solutions among disabled users, experts, and persons in charge in our company to steadily realize concrete solutions. We will evaluate and improve our efforts on a regular basis to continuously promote the introduction of UD, and aim to create an "airport which diverse visitors can use safely and comfortably without worries."

Narita International Airport is promoting the utilization of AI technology. We aim to improve customer satisfaction by utilizing and analyzing AI that has learned "direct opinions" from customers.
