Basic policy on safety
We will relentlessly pursue safety and aim to become a trusted airport.
In order to ensure airport safety, our company upholds the concept of "becoming a trusted airport through our relentless pursuit of safety" as the first item of its management visions, and is working across the company on setting up various measures to resolve safety-related problems and issues, and on safety promotion activities to realize such vision.
We will have an astute sensibility, and fulfill expectations from society with flexible and prompt actions.
In our company, each individual will always raise sensitivity and place importance on having eyes to read the future. Further, with unlimited passion and willingness to take on new challenge, and having flexible ideas, we will fulfill the expectations of society with prompt action.
Safety policy
- Ensuring safety is a foundation for airport operation. Each individual will understand that putting the highest priority on safety is the basis of business, and all directors and employees will recognize their roles and responsibility to pursue safety.
- We will cooperate with administrative organizations related to Narita Airport and airport-related business operators, establish a mutual-cooperation relationship with them, and implement safety promotion activities involving our group companies as well.
- In order to entrench the idea of safety first, we will raise the awareness on safety among all directors and employees through lectures and training sessions on safety, and try to establish a corporate culture that puts the highest priority on safety.
- We encourage making safety reports and promote the disclosure and sharing of information on safety. At the same time, we will enhance and improve our safety management system by always keeping mind on the issue of safety and implement appropriate safety inspection.
- Each individual must understand and comply with relevant laws, regulations, rules, and standards, and ensure safety.

In order to raise the level of services provided to customers in the entire Narita Airport and improve the workplace environment for airport employees, we have established councils consisting of airport-related stakeholders.

Promotion system for employment
We appoint the president and CEO as the person responsible for healthy management, and discuss and implement various measures on healthy management, mainly led by the General Affairs and Human Resources Department.
With regard to resolving the problem of the labor shortage, we have established the C ountermeasures Headquarters on Airport Human Resources, headed by the president, in order to implement company-wide measures to support airport human resources, which are the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the airport and providing services to customers.

Promotion system for coexistence/co-prosperity with the region
Our company upholds the concept of coexistence/co-prosperity as one of its important management philosophies, and is determined to promote measures for coexistence, creation of the airport, and community building together for the realization of an airport coexisting with the region, according to the Outline on the Creation of an Airport Coexisting with the Region, formulated in 1998 considering the historic context since the construction of the airport.
