Recently, we have received a number of reports of suspicious calls claiming to be from Narita Airport Lost and Found or the Narita Airport Police Department.

Narita Airport Lost and Found will only contact you by phone if you have filed a Lost Article Report.Please do not answer the phone if you do not recognize the caller.

If you receive a suspicious call, please contact the Narita Airport Police Station.
