We offer our sincere prayers for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the recent 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake and extend our heartfelt sympathy for those who were affected by the disaster.

With a hope for providing assistance for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas, we have installed donation boxes in the terminals of Narita Airport.

Monetary donations we collect will be sent to the affected areas via the Japanese Red Cross Society.

  • Two locations near the security checkpoints (North Wing and South Wing) in the departure lobby on the 4th floor of Terminal 1
  • Two locations near the security checkpoints (North Side and South Side) in the departure lobby on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2
  • One location near the Food Court in the departure lobby on the 2nd floor of Terminal 3
