To ensure the safety of our customers and of airport operations, customers entering Narita Airport may be denied access or be asked to present identification.

* When asked to pressent identification, please show your passport, driving license, health insurance card, student card or some other form of approved identification.

Please also note that weapons and dangerous combustibles (including fireworks and firecrackers) are prohibited inside the airport. We ask that you understand this requirement, and request your cooperation.

Thefts have occurred in the airport and parking areas. Please ensure that bags containing cash or valuables remain within your sight at all times.

Terminal Information by Airline

Narita Airport has three terminals: 1, 2, and 3. The terminal varies depending on which airline you are using, so please be sure to confirm in advance.
