＜What is the WORLD AIRPORT AWARDS?＞
The WORLD AIRPORT AWARDS, conducted by SKYTRAX, a UK-based aviation and service research company, began in 1999 when SKYTRAX launched the world’s first airport customer satisfaction survey. As a global quality benchmark in the airport industry, the awards evaluate customer service, facilities, and other key aspects, and are often referred to as “the Oscars of the aviation industry.”
