This September, the Narita Airport CS Council※1 will host a “Ennichi Festival & Small Gift Giveaway Event.” Team NRT(Narita Airport staff) have planned this event to thank our customers for their continued support. We look forward to seeing you there!

※1　A council of 28 organizations, including CIQ agencies (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine), the police, airlines, transportation operators, service providers, cleaning companies, and NAA, dedicated to improving customer satisfaction at Narita Airport.
