The procedure conducted at the boarding gate immediately before boarding the airplane is as explained below.

1.Final identification
According to the instruction from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, passengers on international flights undergo the identification procedure at the boarding gate.
Passengers on domestic flights do not need to present their passport.

2.If there is a problem with checked baggage
If any prohibited item, such as a lighter and battery, is found in your baggage checked at the check-in counter, we may check the baggage again in your presence in front of the boarding gate.
Some airlines adopt the procedure wherein security personnel open the baggage without the owner’s presence, take out the prohibited item, and load the baggage onto the airplane.
