TOKYO-TONKOTSU-BASE is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant straight out of Tokyo produced by IPPUDO.Tonkotsu ramen is now even more appealing with an extensive range of variations, including tonkotsu paitan (white soup), chintan (clear soup) soy sauce, and gyokai (seafood-based) soy sauce, with the pork stock as the central theme. With a new type of moist, thin, Hakata-style noodles used for paitan and gyokai soy sauce, and different special noodles used for chintan soup made by extracting the umami of pork bones with an original method, you can enjoy ramen varieties that can only be found at TOKYO-TONKOTSU-BASE.
