The airport provides intercom services to enable customers to communicate with the guidance staff by voice or on a screen or through typing (a keyboard), using monitors at the information counter or their own smartphones. The services are available in multiple languages through automatic translation.

When using your own smartphone, first scan the two-dimensional barcode displayed on an intercom sign in the terminal.
