About the store

This shop specializes in creative dashi chazuke (rice with soup stock) which had its beginnings in Tokyo's Ginza district in 2001. You can simply enjoy the rice or add the stock to the rice to enjoy it as chazuke. The stock is a special dried bonito stock with a rich flavor. In addition to skewered chicken, Japanese appetizers, sake and boxed meals are also available.
