Sushi Kyotatsu North Wing
In order to make the finest sushi toppings of the season even more delicious, we craft our sushi in Edo style (old Tokyo style), using salt, vinegar, and kelp. With rice prepared with either rice vinegar or red vinegar made from sake lees to suit each topping, our restaurant pays special attention to each piece of sushi to develop the finest flavors.
Another long-awaited sushi restaurant has opened following the one in Satellite 3. Now you can enjoy the authentic tastes that customers repeatedly come back for in North Wing, too.
