Main Building 2F, Before Passport Control

1.Quarantine

After arrival, go to the Quarantine counter as directed. If you were given a questionnaire from Quarantine on the aircraft, please fill out the required sections and hand the questionnaire in at the Quarantine counter.

If you have diarrhea, a fever or are feeling ill, please notify a Quarantine officer or report to the health consultation room.

* Quarantine information pamphlets and forms are available near the Quarantine counter. Please use these if required.

2F, Before Passport Control

2.Immigration

Please submit your passport at the immigration counter and undergo the inbound passport control check. After the inbound passport control check is completed, go to the baggage claim area on the 1st floor.

Wheelchair passengers may use the wider lane beside the Immigration office window.

3.Baggage Claim

Check your airline and flight number on the display, and go to the baggage carousel.

Please check your baggage claim receipts when retrieving baggage to make sure that you have your own baggage.

Baggage carts are available around the carousel if you have many items of baggage.

1F After Passport Control

4.Plant&Animal Quarantine

If you plan to bring plants (fruit, seeds, vegetables) or animal products (meat products like ham and sausage) into Japan, you must submit various documentation at the plant and animal quarantine counter and have your items subject to inspection.

* Quarantine information pamphlets and forms are available near the Quarantine counter. Please use these if required.

5.Customs Inspection

All passengers must submit a Customs Declaration form on arrival.

Please write down what you have purchased overseas as well as any gifts and items you have brought into Japan on this form.

Passengers with unaccompanied baggage or items must submit two Customs Declaration forms.

6.Arrival Lobby

After the Customs inspection is completed, go to the arrival lobby on the 2nd floor.

Arrival procedures are now complete. Welcome to Japan!

*People who are meeting travelers are not permitted to go down to 1F.

Transit Access

Passengers traveling by train after leaving the airport (Narita Sky Access Line, Keisei Main Line, JR lines) should proceed to the 1st floor basement to reach Narita Airport Station. You can also access buses, taxis, and parking garages.
